gave us the perfect blend of city and sea which i like the best.&lt;br&gt;
i loved walking round stockholm - water everywhere, great history and architecture, and excellent design in the shops...&lt;br&gt;

I was in the west, near the German border, where there are lots of little spa towns with natural (and utterly rancid) volcanic springs. The best of them are in Karlovy Vary and Frantiskovy Lazne. I actually am from Sweden, but I have never been to Stockholm. This is really a shame and I will do my best to go there some time soon, though I am living in Scotland at the moment.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
So... I can't come up with any good ideas on what you could do, becuase they are all obvious ones that I am sure your friend from Stockholm will know all about.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Anyhow, if you are thinking of going anywhere else in Sweden, I might be able to help. I am from the southwestern part myself, not too far from Gothenburg - a really nice city! &lt;br&gt;

a year ago or so you could enter all museums without paying, but now they changed that. i would recommend the many museums near the old town (/the palace) nevertheless.</content></entry></feed>
